We prepare all our orders with tones of love and care and that is why we kindly ask you to allow us

between 2 - 5 business days (*) as processing time.

If you are purchasing more than one item in the same order; all of them will be shipped together and to the same address. 

On holiday periods, we might need an additional 2-4 business days to the indicated processing & shipping times.


In addition to the processing time please consider below shipping time as our best estimation (**) for the items to arrive

Europe: Estimated 5 - 10 business days 

Rest of the World: Estimated 10 – 15 business days 

FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE E.U ( i.e. Rest of the World), we highly recommend upgraded shipping

( signed & tracked) as they are much faster.

We accept no responsibility for any delivery delays caused by the courier service. 

In the case of packages lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us as soon as possible, if upgraded shipping was selected, we will attempt to track the package or / and make a claim for you. If your claim is successful, we will then replace the item in a timely manner.

In the case that a customer receives their package in poor condition the receipt of said package will have to be  signed for, indicating the damage on the packaging or item. 

Due to the current situation the delivery time of your order may change . But rest assured, we are doing everything in our power to ensure it arrives as quickly as possible.

*Business days: Monday-Friday, 07:00-22:00 CET local time, excluding weekends, public holidays and vacational periods.

** Estimation: We try our best to deliver our items in the fastest period of time, however we cannot guarantee that the estimated delivery days will be met since there are many factors that could lead on delays out of our control.



Delivery charges will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart after you select the shipping country in the check out page. 

- Standard deliveries: from 7.90 € - within 5 working days ⋅ Order before 4pm

- International deliveries: Individually quoted at the checkout based on location

Free shipping on orders over 100€ is only available within the E.U.

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. We accept no responsibility for orders that do not arrive due to incorrect shipping information being provided by customer at checkout. If the order is returned to The little things, it is the customers responsibility to pay the additional shipping expense.


Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. The little things is not responsible for any of these charges, and would not refund on item(s) returned to us due to unaccepted / undelivered and/or any other reasons unless otherwise agreed with The little things in advance.

The customs duties are different for each country, please contact your local customs office for more information.



 We will gladly accept returns and exchanges of any of our non-customized items not meeting your expectations:

contact us within 15 days from delivery and post items back to us within 30 days from delivery. Customized or personalized artworks are exempt from being returned. 

After 15 days since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We accept no cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will do our best to help you further. 


The little things has the right to cancel any confirmed order or to not accept an order for the following reasons:

1. In case of a technical error and/or a misspelling of the prices or other data of

the products on the website/application upon processing of the order.

2. Lack of availability.

3. When the security systems indicate that the order could be fraudulent in nature.

4. When there is reason to believe that the client is under legal age.

5. When The little things was unsuccessful in delivering the order to the address provided by the customer.

6. If there is evidence of hacking, a virus or any other technical attack that falls outside of The little things' control.

7. Payment error.

In those cases, The little things, will reimburse the payment.


The little things accepts no liability for delays in deliveries of orders or the impossibility of performing them that is due to force majeure and, therefore, is outside of our control.


We consider force majeure to apply in cases such as but not limited to the following: accidents; strikes; riots; terrorist threats or attacks; fire or explosions; meteorological causes or natural disasters such as storms, flooding, earthquake, subsidence and epidemics; problems outside of our control concerning means of transport or telecommunication systems.


Once the cause of the impossibility or delay in delivery has come to an end, The little things will do everything possible to resume its commercial business and comply with its obligations and shipments.
