Processing Time

Non-personalized Items:

For Non-personalized items, the processing time is 2- 5 business days (*) as processing time for non-personalized items. On holiday, busy periods and during weeks where events are scheduled, we might need an additional 2-4 business days to the indicated processing time.

 

​Personalized Items:

 

The processing times for personalized items could variate depending on the needs.

We estimate between 5 - 10 business days (*) as processing time from the moment all the details have been agreed and considering our work volume at that moment.

On holiday, busy periods and during weeks where events are scheduled, we might need an additional 2-4 business days to the indicated processing time.

*Business days: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18.00 CET local time, excluding weekends, public holidays and vacational periods.

** Estimation:  We try our best to deliver in the fastest period of time, however we cannot guarantee that the estimated processing time will be always met since our products are handmade and there could be factors that could lead on delays out of our control. 

Please ensure your contact details are correct and that your phone is included before placing your order in case we need to contact you related to your order design and delivery. 

Shipping Policy

Shipping options: 

Our orders are sent using our delivery partner PPL and you can choose

PPL to Parcel Shop for 85.- Kč or PPL to your Final address for 115.- Kč as methods for your delivery.  Delivery time 1-3 business days from shipping day.

We offer Complementary Free delivery to Parcel Shop to all the order over 2,000Kč and to Final address to all the order over 3,000 Kč.

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. We accept no responsibility for orders that do not arrive due to incorrect shipping information being provided by customer at checkout. If the order is returned to The little things, it is the customers responsibility to pay the additional shipping expense.

Free Pickup options

You can now enjoy a Free Pickup at any upcoming Events (Don't forget to include a note indicating the Event using the " Add a note" section at the Check-out).

The little things accepts no liability for delays in deliveries of orders or the impossibility of performing them that is due to force majeure and, therefore, is outside of our control.

Return &

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes things do not work out, and we are happy to accept returns and exchanges of non-customised items that do not meet your expectations, under the conditions below.

Return period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us first to receive return instructions and approval.

Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted or processed.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused and in the same condition as received

  • in original packaging

  • in a resellable condition

If returned items show signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect any loss in value.

Hygiene notice (important)

For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned if they have been worn, tried on after delivery, or removed from hygienic condition.

This does not affect your statutory legal rights if an item is faulty or not as described. 

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

 

Delivery costs & free shipping

If your order qualified for free shipping, but items are returned and the final order value falls below the free shipping threshold, the original standard shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the entire order is returned in full and accepted.

 

Return process

All returns must:

  • be approved before being sent back. Please contact us prior to returning your item. 

  • include order details inside the parcel

  • be sent using a tracked shipping service

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Right to Reject an Order

The little things has the right to cancel any confirmed order or to not accept an order for the following reasons:

1. In case of a technical error and/or a misspelling of the prices or other data of

the products on the website/application upon processing of the order.

2. Lack of availability.

3. When the security systems indicate that the order could be fraudulent in nature.

4. When there is reason to believe that the client is under legal age.

5. When The little things was unsuccessful in delivering the order to the address provided by the customer.

6. If there is evidence of hacking, a virus or any other technical attack that falls outside of The little things' control.

7. Payment error.

In those cases, The little things, will reimburse the payment.
