I offer " tailored services " where we can design together an exclusive piece of handmade jewelry with limited or no copies | replications of it. This service in 100% personalized and it has an initial fee, i.e. " tailored services fee " .
It can be a theme-charm, a pendant, a color scheme you could be looking for or a combination of materials that you could have seen among my product offer.

What does the Tailored fee cover for?
The Tailored fee aim to cover for the cost of the time invested on finding the right fit for your piece of jewelry or design requested via the Tailored services contact form , and the sharing from my side of at least 2 proposals | alternatives for the design. The Tailored fee is charged in intervals of 30 minutes of time.
A quotation for the fee will be sent to you after an assessment of the description you might have shared with me using the form, email or phone. If you are then happy with the quotation, the fee amount will be charged in advance ( see listing for the Tailored fee ) and before sharing the proposals and or starting the tailored design. Please note that the fee does not aim to cover the cost of the design, piece or final product itself.
The cost of the final product will be charged separately.
Once you have approved the proposal, a listing for your product will be created for you to order it ( see listing for the Tailored listed design ). After payment confirmation, I will start working on your request ;-)
What if you are not happy with the proposal?
What if after paying the fee you are not happy with any of the proposals?
No worries, I get it!
I want you to be happy with what you are getting from me and so I guarantee you a refund of 50% of the charged tailored fee , in case you are not fully satisfied with any of the proposals shared.

Note: For you to get a better idea on how the time per hour can work: usually if the request involved a personalized design with pieces I do have in stock ( for example you want to design a bracelet out of some components I have in stock and missing them or choosing colors... usually the range will be the first one i.e. 240.-Kč per hour will be the fee to be charged.
Fee will be higher in case you are requesting a special piece I might have to find and order only for you.
