A) DELIVERY BY CARRIER

Here you can choose between two options for the delivery ( within Czech Republic )

to a ParcelShop / To a final address.

A.1)TO A PARCELSHOP/ POINT OF COLLECTION

 Through the PPL - Parcel shop service/Delivery points where you go pick up your order at any time, for example during the journey from work.

It is the greener delivery option for the planet we can offer.

If you choose this option , please consider that you have approximately two calendar days to pick up the shipment from its storage. Before returning, you will receive an SMS and email from the service provider about the last chance to collect. If you do not manage to pick up the package in time, it will be automatically sent back, and then you need to make an individual arrangement with us to resend it.

 

Delivery time will take 1-3 business days from shipment date.

A.2)TO A FINAL ADRESS

​

The most comfortable delivery option that we can offer is the courier service PPL - courier.
Save time picking up the parcel in person having the parcel sent directly to your home or the address of your choice.

You can track the location of your shipment using the tracking number that you will receive in the information email on the day of dispatch.

Delivery time will take 1-3 business days from shipment date.

B) CZECH POST SERVICES WITHIN CZECH REPUBLIC

This option can be particularly suitable for you if you do not have a delivery point of other carriers in your place of residence.

In this case, we recommend using the Balíkovna service , which works similarly than a point of collection from carriers.

 For last-minute orders, we can offer a EMS service with a next-day delivery guarantee, incl. Saturdays. This speed of delivery is only possible for orders placed before 10 am.

This is the cheapest and the most pleasant option we can offer in this section to Brno residents.

We will hand-over your order within 7 days after it is ready.
